- Merchandiser
- What You'll Do
- Plan and manage products across sales channels.
- Manage stock allocation and replenishment.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and product performance.
- Support new product launches and merchandising strategies.
- Prepare merchandising performance reports.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are implemented in stores.
- Consolidate and reconcile stock data between stores and warehouses.
- What We're Looking For
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Management, Business, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
- Experience in Merchandising, Retail Planning, Buying, Category Management, or Inventory Planning.
- Strong analytical skills in sales and inventory data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
