Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the production process from start to finish in accordance with the timeline.
• Develop and manage the production timeline (Time & Action Plan).
• Product assortment, SKU selection & seasonal planning.
• Production quantity, stock allocation & inventory control.
• Calculate product costing for each collection.
• Product costing, pricing, margin & sales forecasting.
• Product performance, sell-through & inventory productivity.
• Consumer behavior, fashion trends & competitor analysis.
• Working with Creative, Production, Marketing & Retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Fashion Business, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in garment/retail industry (Production Merchandiser is preferred).
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to perform costing and understand materials (fabric & trims).
• Understanding of sales forecasting, inventory planning, pricing & gross margin.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Shopify, POS or ERP systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production administration.
