Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Buyer/Merchandising Supervisor, preferably in the books category.
- Strong understanding of book industry trends, genres, bestseller cycles, and customer preferences.
- Experienced in handling book assortment planning, title selection, and publisher/vendor negotiation.
- Good analytical skills in reviewing sales performance, inventory, and pricing strategy.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
