Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Experience managing Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for administration and reporting automation.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migration tools and hybrid environments.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, licensing, and administration.
- Experience in L2/L3 troubleshooting, tenant health checks, and resolving complex technical issues.
- Experience implementing or migrating Microsoft 365 Business Premium and E5 environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to create technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
- Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers is preferred.
