About the role
- We are seeking an experienced
- Project Head for South Kalimantan
to lead and oversee Mining projects in the South Kalimantan region. This is a full-time position based in Banjarmasin, where you will hold strategic responsibility for project delivery, team management, and ensuring all operations meet company standards and client expectations.

- maintaining smooth communication and coordination, and ensuring XCMG business continuity.
- What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineer/Similar) / Experienced in Mining Project Business and Development
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English
- Experience working in South Kalimantan or similar regional environments is advantageous
