Mobile Full Stack Developer – Quick Commerce App

About the role

We are seeking experienced Mobile Full Stack Developers to build and maintain our Q-commerce mobile application, working across mobile, backend, and cloud with product, design, and operations teams to deliver real-time inventory, order tracking, payments, and delivery logistics.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform customer and delivery-partner mobile apps using React Native and React JS, with responsive, high-performance UI/UX.

• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and optimize app performance, responsiveness, and offline capabilities.
• Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices (Node.js / NestJS) for inventory, orders, payments, and user management.
• Implement real-time features such as live order tracking and push notifications using WebSockets or Firebase.
• Integrate payment gateways (e.g., Xendit, wallets) and third-party services such as Meta, SMS, and Google Maps.
• Design and manage databases (MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL), ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

Deploy on AWS, implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and apply security best practices (authentication, authorization, encryption).

Requirements

5+ years of experience in full stack or mobile app development, with strong experience in React Native and React JS (must); Flutter is optional.
