Are you organized, responsible, and enjoy working with people? HiSUGARS is looking for a friendly and dedicated Mobile Salon Manager to support the daily operations of our Ubud and Sanur branches.

📍 Work Locations

• HiSUGARS Ubud – 2 days per week
• ⁠HiSUGARS Sanur – 3 days per week

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
• ⁠Manage appointment bookings and daily scheduling
• ⁠Handle administrative tasks, including payments and daily reporting
• ⁠Provide accurate information about salon services and products
• ⁠Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• ⁠Ensure salon procedures, service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently maintained
• ⁠Support and communicate with the management team regarding daily operations and salon performance
• ⁠Help create a positive, professional, and supportive working environment for the team

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, or salon operations is an advantage
• ⁠Basic English communication skills
• ⁠Friendly, approachable, and professional
• ⁠Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• ⁠Good communication and coordination skills
• ⁠Able to work independently and as part of a team
• ⁠Willing to work across both Ubud and Sanur branches
