MOLDING MAINTENANCE STAFF

Job Descriptions

• Improvement activity, PM activity and troubleshooting for automation machine/ equipment.
• Prepare design mechanical and set up new project related with automation machine.
• Do analysis of the problem for improvement.
• Follow up improvement, modification activity such as modification program, mechanical and also to reduce and eliminate disposal parts.
• Support activity with related with 5S, Safety, ISO system and SMK3 concerns.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Have skill in analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of various molding techniques (injection blow compression) and materials used.
• Familiar with design drawing using Solid Work/ Solid Edge.
• Familiar with installation and setup of new machines.
• Familiar with machine programming software, such as PLC Programming.
• Able to identify and resolve molding issues quickly and effectively.
• Able to work in a team or individual.
• Proficient in English both spoken and written.
