Job Responsibilities
- Manage Mould Maintenance activities, including preparation, cleaning, inspection, and maintenance after production.
- Ensure mould readiness according to production and quality standards.
- Handle mould repair and troubleshooting for defects or abnormalities.
- Coordinate mould trials after repair or maintenance according to QA standards.
- Ensure all activities comply with Quality, Safety, and Work Instructions.
- Monitor mould performance and drive continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within Mould Maintenance.
- Experience in mould maintenance within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proficient in Mouldflow Simulation and Analysis.
- Willing to be placed
- at Plant Karawang.
