This program is designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience, business exposure, and professional development.
Key responsibilities
Gain hands-on exposure across core Finance & Accounting functions, including Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Costing, and Internal Control
Assist in preparing accurate financial statements, budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
Analyze existing accounting workflows and financial operations to identify areas for improvement, cost efficiency, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Participate in day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable management, cash flow monitoring, tax compliance, and product costing review
Lead or contribute to cross-functional improvement projects, applying analytical and innovative problem-solving skills to drive financial excellence within the organization
Strong foundational knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK), financial statements analysis, cost accounting, and basic taxation
