- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in Key/Large accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Liaise with Marketing to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Initiates and directs necessary action to develop and maintain process in the area of sales to allow all systems and inquiries are operated in a systematic manner.
Effectively communicate with internal team, principle and customers to maintain strong work relationships and enhance the potential chances for future business.
- Performs other duties or projects as assigned to contribute to the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of the division.
- Meet the company KPI’s on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Candidates
- possess min. bachelor degree
- in any discipline.
- Proven experience in sales field for
- more than 7 years
- and at least 3 years in managerial level (leading a sales team).
- Experience in managing a high performance sales team
- Preferable has experience in
- Bedbank or hotel/hospitality industry
- at least 3 years.
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Have strong communication and interpersonal skill with an aptitude for building a relationship with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and strategically solving problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good in analytical skill, fast learner and quick thinker
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Good command of both written and spoken English is preferable
- Literate in using Ms. Office for reporting purposes
- Have proficiency in English in both professional writing and conversation
- A professional ‘get it done’ attitude and work ethic
