National Sales Manager

• PT Kencana Maju Bersama is urgently seeking experienced Sales Managers at both the
• National Sales Manager (NSM)
• and
• Regional Manager (RM)

levels. Opportunities are available for professionals specializing in specific product categories or managing the entire product portfolio, with a focus on

retail markets and/or project-based sales

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or distribution
• Minimum 3 years leading regional or national sales teams
• Experience in building materials, steel, roofing, hardware, FMCG distribution, or similar industries
• Understanding of distributors, building material stores, retailers, and B2B projects
• Strong in leadership, negotiation, commercial planning, and data analysis
• Willing to travel regularly for business purposes
• Willing to be based in Surabaya
