About the role
This role involves overseeing warehouse and logistics operations, managing inventory accuracy, product delivery timelines, operational budgets, and transportation planning. You will maximize warehouse capacity utilization, maintain product stock levels according to plan, and ensure goods in transit status is updated in the system promptly. The role includes team development, system improvement, and reporting across multiple time horizons.
- Key responsibilities
- Ensure stock inventory accuracy in the warehouse
- Ensure product delivery to the destination location according to the target time and place
- Ensure operational costs incurred for activities in logistics are according to budget
- Ensure logistics transportation planning according to plan
- Maximize utilization of rented warehouse according to installed capacity
- Ensure availability of product stock in accordance with the PSI plan
- Ensure products sent have GI (Goods In transit) status in the system as soon as possible to help achieve sales targets
- Strengthen team work and develop logistics employees to make them more reliable and skilled
- Analyze and improve the systems used in logistics (TMS and Warehouse Management System)
- Prepare weekly reports, monthly reports including EMC, Quarterly reports, First Half report, and cost analysis
- About you
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Minimum
- 5 years of experience in warehouse management,
- preferably within the electronics industry
- Proven experience in handling and managing
- 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations
- Experienced in managing more than
- 20 warehouses simultaneously
- , ensuring operational efficiency and service quality
- Strong knowledge of 3PL operations and management
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in market and competitor analysis
- Strong capabilities in sales management and relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, people management, persuasion, and innovation capabilities
