  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of Cisco SD-WAN infrastructure.
  • Analyze and resolve network-related incidents and connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate technical issues between field teams and vendors.
  • Support network implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure network availability.
  • Prepare technical documentation and troubleshooting reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer or related position.
  • Active CCNA certification is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, and network connectivity.
  • Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to act as a technical liaison between field teams and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willing to work collaboratively with technical teams and external vendors.
