About the role
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team at PT. Inti Harmoni Solusindo' in the Kepulauan Seribu Jakarta Raya region. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to work on a range of exciting network infrastructure projects.
- What you'll be doing
- Implement and maintain robust and scalable network infrastructure solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and standardise network processes and procedures
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other IT personnel
- Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends, and recommend improvements to the existing infrastructure
- What we're looking for
- At least a Bachelor's deggree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer, with a strong understanding of network design, configuration and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points
- Hands-on experience with network protocols, including TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP and DNS
- Familiarity with network monitoring and performance management tools
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
