Tanggung Jawab

• Conduct IT operation monitoring within the customer
• Provide 1st level support for external customer
• Perform network troubleshooting at the customer
• Conduct IT Operation & Security monitoring within the customer

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or any related discipline.
• Fresh graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in Routing, Switching, Basic Network, OSI layer
• Experience with one or more this product: F5, DWDM, Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, or Aruba
• Having CCNA, CCNP, HCIA, F5 BIG-IP certification is a plus.
• Having a good communication, teamwork, and active-proactive.
• Placement at South Jakarta.
