- Network & Security Engineer (Jakarta)
- Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Active CCNA certification is required.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Network & Security Engineering.
- Experience in onsite implementation, troubleshooting, and support activities.
- Willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial, plant, or remote locations when required.
- Technical Skills
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Catalyst Switches.
- Familiar with Aruba Wireless and Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VLAN, Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, and QoS.
- Hands-on experience with Firewalls, VPN, and IDS/IPS solutions.
- Able to perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Capable of creating network documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), network diagrams, and implementation reports.
Experience with PABX, Video Conferencing systems, and Data Center operations is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network and security infrastructure.
- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for network and security incidents.
- Conduct onsite implementation, testing, commissioning, and support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams during project execution.
- Ensure network availability, performance, and security according to project requirements.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, or similar firewall solutions.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
