Deskripsi pekerjaan Network Technical Support Engineer (North America Support) PT Welsend Global Indonesia
📍Requirements
- ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in the networking industry
- ✅ Strong knowledge of Switching, Routing, Wireless LAN, and DCN
- ✅ CCNP/HCNP/RCNP level or equivalent (CCIE/HCIE is a plus)
- ✅ Fluent English is required (verbal and written) as this role supports North American customers
- ✅ Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
- ✅ Fast learner with a passion for continuous technical development
- ✅ Willing to work shift schedules
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, Switch, Router, and other networking products
- Support System Integrators (SI), distributors, and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) in collaboration with the global team
- Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the company's professional brand image
- 🕒 Working Hours
- Supporting the North American market
- Indonesia Time (WIB): 10 PM – 7 AM (night shift)
