Responsibilities
- Supervise the end-to-end procurement process for all non-trade / indirect categories (CAPEX & OPEX)
- Review and approve Purchase Requisitions (PR) and ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (PO)
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to secure the best total value
- Draft, review, and finalize non-trade vendor contracts in coordination with legal department
- Maintain and update the master vendor database to ensure accurate supplier information
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of procurement staff or buyers
- Distribute workload effectively, set performance targets, and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal audit requirements, financial controls, & company policies
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their specific needs and provide strategic sourcing advice
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from any field
- Min. 3 years of working experiences
- Retail background is preferable
- Fluent in English
