About the role
Mission Medical is a premier medical clinic located in Pererenan, Bali, specializing in providing high-quality, urgent, and outpatient healthcare primarily to international patients. We are seeking a highly competent, fluent English-speaking Licensed Nurse to join our team. Because the vast majority of our patients are international visitors, verbal and written English skills are essential for communicating with patients and explaining treatments.
- Key responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered triage, vital signs monitoring, wound care, and IV treatment
- Conduct thorough consultations in fluent English, clearly explaining medical procedures, post-care instructions, and medications
- Maintain detailed, accurate medical reports in professional English suitable for international healthcare standards and insurance claims
- Collaborate closely with general practitioners, maintain strict sterilization standards, and assist with clinical inventory management
- About you
- Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR - Surat Tanda Registrasi) and relevant nursing degree (D3/S1 Keperawatan)
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory
- (ability to comfortably consult with international patients)
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience
- Direct experience working with international tourists is an advantage
- Cultural sensitivity, emotional intelligence, excellent crisis management under pressure, and a warm, welcoming presence
