, you will join our IT team to support the development, customization, and continuous improvement of our Odoo ERP system. You will work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to develop solutions that support day-to-day operations and business processes across
Sales, Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, and Supply Chain
Responsibilites
- Develop and customize Odoo modules according to business and technical requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing Odoo custom modules.
- Analyze and troubleshoot functional and technical issues in Odoo.
- Develop new features, workflows, business logic, and system customizations.
- Customize Odoo models, fields, views, actions, reports, and security configurations.
- Work with PostgreSQL for data investigation and technical troubleshooting when required.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and external systems.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform testing and debugging before deployment to production.
- Investigate and resolve production issues.
- Maintain technical documentation for customizations and integrations.
- Follow good coding practices and version control procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and optimization of the company's Odoo ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience developing and customizing Odoo modules.
- Good understanding of Odoo ORM, models, fields, domains, computed fields, and business logic.
- Experience working with Odoo XML views and interface customization.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Odoo access rights, security groups, and record rules.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging Odoo applications.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Able to understand existing code and work independently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
