Odoo Developer
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (APIs, web services, etc.)
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across Odoo applications
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in Python and JavaScript
- Participate in code reviews and ensure development best practices
- Provide support and maintenance for existing Odoo solutions
- Contribute to technical documentation and version control
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (v12 and above)
- Proficient in Python and strong understanding of Odoo framework and ORM
- Experience with PostgreSQL and database optimization
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, XML, QWeb)
- Understanding of HR business process such as Recruitment, Employee, Attendance, Payroll, Performance Appraisal
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
- Shalat 5 times a day
