Seeking an Odoo Developer to analyze, maintain, and support Odoo systems, ensuring smooth implementation and issue resolution across business units.
- Job Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Odoo team to ensure the Odoo system implementation runs according to requirements.
Conducting business analysis related to functional and non-functional issues in the Odoo system and providing solutions based on analysis results.
- Evaluating, analyzing, and performing maintenance on the Odoo system.
- Specifying detailed functional and non-functional solution requirements.
- Managing tickets related to issues in the Odoo system for business units/clients.
Requirements
- Education
- : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Work Experience
- : 2–4 years of experience in Odoo development, implementation, or support.
- Skills
Technical skills
- Strong understanding of functional and non-functional aspects of Odoo ERP,
- Experience in system analysis, troubleshooting, and providing technical solutions,
- Ability to document and specify detailed system requirements,
- Experience managing support tickets and working with business users,
- Proficiency in Python and Odoo framework is highly preferred,
- Familiarity with business processes in areas such as finance, HR, or inventory is a plus.
- Soft skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in cross-functional collaboration.
