Analyze channel performance, customer behavior, and operational issues to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable improvement plans.

Develop channel strategies and plans to drive sales, customer acquisition, retention, conversion, and overall channel contribution.

Propose Webstore improvements covering promotional mechanics, landing pages, UI/UX, and customer journey based on marketing priorities, customer needs, and channel performance to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer experience.

Manage ERHA Webstore operations, including product catalog, pricing, promotional setup, payment methods, order flow, and key website functionalities to ensure smooth and reliable transactions.

Ensure the implementation of approved pricing and promotional configurations across offline store systems to maintain pricing accuracy and consistency across stores.

Coordinate website maintenance and system enhancements with IT teams and external vendors, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and feature implementation, to ensure system availability and functionality.

Monitor omnichannel performance and operational issues, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of omnichannel initiatives and support business objectives.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in E-Commerce, Omnichannel Management, Webstore Management, or a related field.
• Experience in managing e-commerce platforms, webstores, or retail technology systems is preferred.
• Proficient in supporting systems such as Magento, SAP, Payment Gateway, and Qiscus.
• Proficient in e-commerce and website platform management, including product, pricing, promotion, and transaction management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, promotional mechanics, and customer journey optimization.
