As an Online Course Instructor, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering high-quality online courses. You will craft compelling course materials, facilitate interactive learning experiences, and ensure student success through effective engagement and assessment strategies. Kualifikasi

• 1-3 years of experience in online course instruction or a related educational field.
• Proven ability in Content Creation and Curriculum Development for online learning environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in Instructional Design principles and best practices.
• Excellent Communication Skills, including strong Presentation Skills for online delivery.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) Administration and Online Teaching & Facilitation.
• Knowledge of Student Engagement Strategies and Assessment & Evaluation Methods.
• Subject Matter Expertise in a relevant field (to be specified per course).
• Bachelor's degree in Education, a relevant subject, or equivalent practical experience.
