Deskripsi pekerjaan Operation Coordinator Desa Laguna Regenerative Village & Resort
Qualification
- Hosting guests and coordinating our operations team while creating a joyful, welcoming, and relaxed atmosphere
- Support daily coordination of guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and facilities operations
- Coordinate and improve sustainability initiatives while working closely with team and management to achieve sustainability certification
- Assist the Operational Manager in day to day operations.
- Assist the Operational Manager scheduling and coordinating the island team
Handle administrative tasks including guest satisfaction reports, team satisfaction reports, procurement requests, inventory tracking, and reporting on sustainability metrics
- Ensure smooth guest experiences from arrival to departure, escalating issues promptly when needed
- Coordinate with the marketing & sales, and back-office teams to keep operations aligned with bookings and guest expectations
What We're Looking For
- Minimum D3 (diploma) graduate
- any field considered; hospitality, tourism, or business-related programs are a plus.
- Min 2 Year experience - at least 1 year experience
- in hospitality management
- Strong knowledge and experience with sustainability and regeneration
- principles
- Familiar with Office / Google Doc applications
- comfortable using Word / Google Docs, Excel / Google Spreadsheets and similar tools for day-to-day admin work.
- Familiar with administrative work
- comfortable handling schedules, reports, inventory records, and other operational paperwork.
- Proficient in English
- , both written and verbal.
- Good at teamwork
- works well within a close-knit island team and supports colleagues across departments.
- Good communication and leadership skills
- able to coordinate clearly with staff, guests, and management.
- Willing to live on the island for a minimum of 2 and ideally 3 weeks per month
- comfortable with a live-in, remote-island lifestyle and rotating schedule.
