Job Description

• Oversee daily venue operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated execution.
• Maintain venue ambience, entertainment experience, and service standards to create an engaging guest experience.
• Lead and coordinate operational teams, including service, bar, security, and other supporting departments.
• Respond quickly to operational challenges and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor team performance, operational readiness, and overall venue experience, especially during peak hours and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum
• 2 years of experience in an Operations Manager role
• , preferably in nightlife, entertainment, hospitality, or F&B.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and handle multiple operational priorities.
• Hands-on, agile, and willing to be directly involved in daily operations.
• Understands how to maintain venue ambience, crowd flow, and a positive guest experience.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
