MANOJA is a conscious fine jewelry brand dedicated to slow fashion, ethical craftsmanship, and mindful luxury. We create timeless pieces using recycled precious metals, conflict-free gemstones, and biodegradable packaging. As we expand our retail presence and international distribution, we are looking for a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive Operations & Accounting Administrator to join our team and help keep our day-to-day business running seamlessly.
In this dual role, you will be the administrative backbone of both our financial tracking and daily operations. Working closely with the founder, you will manage local inventory, process vendor payments, prepare crucial shipping and export paperwork, and maintain flawless bookkeeping.
The ideal candidate thrives on organization, possesses high attention to detail, understands small business accounting, and has prior experience in the retail, fashion, or manufacturing sector.
Generate and manage accurate customer invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable (paying local artisans, suppliers, and vendors) and accounts receivable.
Reconcile monthly bank statements, credit card transactions, and digital payment gateways on time.
Track production costs, raw material expenses (precious metals, gemstones), and operational overhead.
Organize and prepare necessary documentation for local tax purposes (VAT/PPN, income data) and coordinate closely with our external tax consultant.
Prepare, review, and organize all required shipping paperwork—including detailed commercial invoices, customs declarations, and packing lists for local and international orders for tax and export compliance.
Coordinate with international and local courier services, manage shipping documentation, and ensure smooth customs clearance for outbound orders and inbound materials.
Oversee regular inventory tracking and stock counts for raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished jewelry pieces.
Handle daily office administrative tasks, digital filing, vendor communications, and remote alignment with the founder.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (D3/S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
High integrity, strong organization, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to meet monthly financial and operational deadlines. A genuine appreciation for sustainable fashion and design is a plus.
If you are an organized, numbers-driven professional who wants to grow with an ethical brand, we’d love to hear from you! Please submit your updated CV, expected salary, and a brief cover letter via JobStreet explaining why your background in retail, fashion, or accounting makes you a great fit for MANOJA.
