>> ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy Operations Associate to join our fast-paced team! In this role, you will play a critical part in managing export declarations, permit lodging, and international logistics for

- shipments, collaborating directly with our Singapore operations.

>> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Documentation Management: Prepare accurate commercial invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (B/L) complying with international trade regulations.
- Regional Coordination: Liaise with the Singapore team and 3PL providers to schedule cargo, arrange pick-ups, and ensure on-time delivery.
- System Operations: Utilize Samsung NERP and CELLO platforms for order processing, inventory updates, and live shipment tracking.
- Permit Lodging: File and manage export permit declarations accurately to prevent customs delays.
- Billing & Invoicing: Issue and complete system invoicing for accurate shipment billing.
>> REQUIREMENTS
- English Proficiency: Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for international coordination.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous with data entry, shipping labels, and trade paperwork.
- Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn systems like ERP software (experience with NERP/CELLO is a big plus!).
- Problem Solver: Strong coordination skills and ability to troubleshoot supply chain bottlenecks.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
