Operator Premix

• Prepare, verify, and weigh raw materials according to approved formulations, batch sheets, and production work orders.
• Ensure accurate dosing, sequencing, and traceability of raw materials throughout the production process
• Monitor critical process parameters, including mixing time, temperature, speed, and batch consistency to achieve product specifications

Conduct in-process quality inspections and coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams for product verification.

Record production data, raw material consumption, batch records, and equipment logs accurately in production documentation

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Premix Operator, Mixing Operator, Production Operator, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.

• Strong understanding of chemical mixing processes, material handling, weighing systems, and batch manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of process control principles, equipment operation, and production safety practices.

Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000 is an advantage.
