- # Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
- ### Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
- Handle user issues and service requests related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Gather business requirements for system enhancements and customizations.
- Prepare Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs).
- Improve operational efficiency while ensuring system stability and performance.
- Manage end-to-end project activities, including business case development, requirement gathering, workshops, business process design, functional and technical design, vendor selection, system build, testing, deployment, stakeholder management, change management, and people/line management.
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, and other IT teams to manage Change Requests (CRs) and system enhancements.
- Coordinate the resolution of complex technical and functional issues.
- Maintain functional specifications, training materials, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
- Support quarterly system releases and the implementation of new features.
- Provide support for other HCM project implementation activities as required.
- ### Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud functionalities and configurations.
- Solid understanding of core business processes, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Maximum age: 45 years old.
