Organization Development Executive

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or in any related field

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably supervisor specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Demonstrated initiative to analyze and resolve problems quickly, efficiently and collaboratively
• Tech savvy especially social media and advanced in excel, power point, reporting and presentation skill.

Have a good people skill, communication skill and time management, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of users required.

Fluently English oral or written is a must

Job Descriptions

• Assist Organization Development program align the workface with key business strategies and initiatives
• To support HR strategy on analyzes organizational structures, responsibilities, team work, business or operating procedures

Identifies the resources needed and establishes consistent OD services for the organization, such as: job design, organization structure update, overall competency in the organization performance management system and workforce planning

• Support OD initiatives on HR and OD and (specific) Project
• Assists the in the development of the OD Services components of the HR Strategic Plan and objectives

Assist Employee engagement and employees club : Implementing and developing employee  activities and campaign, designing employee experience and increase employee engagement with multi platforms.

Assist performance management system : Performance Appraisal, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and maintain Performance management System
