- Experienced in
- organization design, job analysis, competency, and talent management
- Strong
- analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Profound knowledge of Excel functions, including advanced data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and other Excel tools.
- Certifications in Organizational Development, HR, or related fields.
