- Assist with data collecction, analysis, and reporting in Performance Management Cycle - IPE.
- 3 Support other Talent & OD activities as needed.
- Fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and fast learner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Familiar with Performance Management.
