- Job Responsibilities
- Build and manage performance management frameworks, including KPI, BSC, and IPP, to align employee performance with business goals.
- Develop people dashboards and performance reports, turning HR data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Drive talent mapping, competency assessment, succession planning, and talent readiness initiatives.
- Support organizational development through structure, grading, role design, workload analysis, and organizational readiness.
- Identify performance trends, risks, and gaps to provide data-driven recommendations for HR management and business decisions.
- Manage and integrate HRIS and digital HC systems, including e-learning, assessment tools, dashboards, and KPI platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in Organization Development, performance management, job evaluation, grading, and organizational design.
- Solid understanding of KPI, BSC, IPP, talent mapping, competency assessment, succession planning, and talent readiness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate people data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proficient in HRIS, people data management, data visualization, dashboards, and digital HC systems.
Strong data accuracy, detail orientation, builder mindset, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and optimize OD foundations from the ground up.
