• Position Overview
• We are looking for an
• Outbound Call Agent
• to support one of our clients in the industrial sector (equipment & services).

This role focuses on lead qualification and customer outreach through outbound phone calls and WhatsApp, following structured scripts and campaign guidelines. The successful candidate will work closely with our supervisors to generate qualified leads and support business growth.

• This is a
• full-time, office-based position in Bali
• . Remote work is not available.
• Key Responsibilities
• Identify and validate potential customer leads from online sources (marketplaces, social media, public directories, etc.)
• Contact prospects through outbound phone calls and WhatsApp
• Follow structured call scripts and campaign guidelines
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
• Update CRM and lead tracking records accurately
• Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospective customers
• Submit daily and weekly activity reports

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, call centre, or lead generation is an advantage
• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day
• Detail-oriented and able to follow structured processes
• Target-driven with good communication skills
• Willing to work full-time
