What You’ll Do

• Conduct career consultations with candidates (via WhatsApp, phone calls, Zoom, and face-to-face).
• Evaluate candidate profiles and recommend suitable country destination programs.
• Educate candidates on program details, salaries, benefits, and placement processes.
• Perform daily follow-ups to guide candidates through registration and payment.
• Achieve monthly targets for consultations, conversions, and company revenue.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, Marketing, Communication, or other related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (Banking, Insurance, Property, Automotive), Recruitment, Education Consultancy, or Customer Success/Service.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and professional objection-handling skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable utilizing CRM systems.
• Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in overseas recruitment or study abroad agencies.
• Proficiency in English, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or Arabic is a strong advantage.
