- Communicate with customers to identify project requirements and propose proper solutions to secure projects.
- Deliver technical training on products to help customers get familiar with product solutions quickly.
- Compile product technical documentation to guide customers on product configuration.
- Timely resolve customers’ daily technical issues of products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Science & Engineering such as Computer Science, Electronics and Communications is preferred.
At least 1 year of working experience in testing or technical pre-sales support. Candidates with background in smart hardware, communication, security and electronics industries are preferred.
- Strong language proficiency, fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading and writing) for daily work.
- Good communication skills, excellent analytical & summarizing capabilities and strong teamwork spirit.
