Key responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the padel club, including court maintenance, facility management, and ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality
Manage and supervise the club staff, including coaching, reception, and maintenance teams, ensuring excellent performance and customer service delivery
Organise and coordinate padel tournaments, leagues, events, and social activities to build community engagement and enhance member experience
Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, tourism operators, and community organisations to support business growth and market presence
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide regular updates to ownership on club performance and strategic initiatives
