About the role
OLA Socials is a social padel & lifestyle club in Ungasan, Bali, built around sport, hospitality, and community. We're looking for an energetic and people-oriented Padel Host to join our team and help create an experience where every player feels welcome and part of the community.
- Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, members, and players throughout their visit
- Manage daily check-ins, court bookings, and player inquiries through Playtomics
- Host social games, clinics, tournaments, and community sessions
- Create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for players
- Help players connect with each other and grow the OLA Socials community
- Support events, activations, and community programs
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest experience
- Assist with daily club operations and ensure courts and guest areas are ready
- Handle guest feedback and coordinate with the team to resolve issues
- About you
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for padel, sports, and community
- Comfortable hosting and engaging with both local and international guests
- Good English communication skills; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and during events
- Previous experience in hospitality, sports, events, or community roles is a plus
- Padel experience is preferred but not mandatory
