- We are looking for a hands-on Payroll Specialist who can independently manage concurrent Indonesian payroll cycles with different employee groups, calendars and policy rules.
- Your scope extends from payroll preparation and statutory administration to contracts, onboarding, employment changes and offboarding.

- Administer BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, THR and other applicable employment entitlements, keeping registrations, changes and records aligned with payroll.

- Prepare employment contracts using approved local templates, check documentation and maintain accurate onboarding and employment-change records.
- Calculate final-pay components from approved employment records and applicable requirements; coordinate offboarding and escalate contract exceptions, disputes and complex termination matters.
- Respond clearly to employee payroll, tax and benefits queries, track each case, and communicate deadlines, progress and unresolved issues.
- Protect employee information through appropriate access controls, secure handling, documented checks and complete approval records.
- Improve payroll routines through practical spreadsheet controls and carefully checked system or automation changes.

- Practical knowledge of PPh 21, applicable TER treatment, final-period reconciliation, current statutory reporting, BPJS administration and THR.
- Experience with employment administration from approved contract preparation and onboarding through changes, final-pay calculations and offboarding.
- Strong spreadsheet skills, including lookups, conditional calculations, pivot tables, data validation and reconciliation.
- Practical payroll-system and HRIS experience, including validating imports, checking outputs and keeping records consistent.
- Working English for routine correspondence, reports and stakeholder conversations.
- Clear employee support, reliable deadline management and the judgement to investigate exceptions and escalate issues appropriately.
- Careful handling of payroll data, access permissions and approval evidence.
- Preferred strengths
- Brevet A/B certification or equivalent relevant tax training.
- Experience improving payroll controls, reporting or workflows through controlled automation.
- Broader benefits and employment-administration experience across different work settings.
- How you will work

- Evidence of your work
- Be ready to describe an anonymised example covering multiple payroll populations, their different rules or deadlines, the work you personally owned and an exception you resolved.
- Explain a reconciliation or spreadsheet control you used, your statutory-administration experience and a joining or leaving employee case.
- Keep employee names, identifiers, salaries and confidential documents out of your examples.

Use your payroll expertise across varied employee populations and take responsibility for the employment administration that supports accurate pay, reliable records and clear employee service.
