(Technical Responsibility Officer for Electrical Systems) to join PT Jeko Elektrindo Jaya. This is a full-time position based in Kosambi, Banten, and represents a critical role within our quality assurance and control operations in the manufacturing, transport and logistics sector. As the Technical Responsibility Officer, you will oversee the technical integrity and compliance of our electrical systems, ensuring that all operations meet stringent safety, quality and regulatory standards. This role is essential to maintaining our commitment to excellence and operational reliability across all manufacturing and logistics facilities.

Key responsibilities

Manage and supervise the technical aspects of electrical systems across manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian electrical standards and safety regulations

Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations, equipment and infrastructure to verify compliance with quality assurance standards

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes for electrical systems to minimise downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Ensuring all technical work complies with electricity standards, regulations, and safety principles
• Verifying that the competencies and certifications of assigned technical personnel are appropriate
• Preparing and signing technical documents, work reports, and inspection and testing documents
• Serving as the technical liaison with relevant agencies (Directorate General of Electricity, provincial ESDM offices, inspection bodies)
• Maintaining the completeness and validity of business entity and technical personnel certificates
• What we're looking for
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a valid SKTTK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Tenaga Teknik Kelistrikan).
• Minimum
• 1–3 years of experience as a Penanggung Jawab Teknis (PJT)
• in the Electrical / Manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of
• electricity regulations
• PUIL (Indonesian General Requirements for Electrical Installations)
• SNI (Indonesian National Standards)
• , and
• electrical occupational health and safety (OHS) standards
• Experience in processing
• SLO (Certificate of Operational Worthiness),
• IUJPTL (Electricity Support Services Business License), or business entity certification
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in document verification and regulatory compliance.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with principals, internal stakeholders, laboratories, and regulatory authorities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple regulatory matters with a high level of accuracy.
