As a People & Culture Associate at Lencir Indonesia,

you will play a key role in attracting the right talent, supporting employee growth, and creating a positive workplace experience. You will also help ensure that our people processes continue to evolve alongside the business in a practical and continuously improving way.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, ready to take ownership, and looking for hands-on exposure across different areas of People & Culture beyond administrative work.

What You’ll Be Up To

Manage talent acquisition end-to-end, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs, align expectations, and ensure hiring decisions support both skill and culture fit.

Support people performance processes by tracking goals and organizing performance inputs to support continuous improvement and clear performance standards.

Observe daily people processes, gather feedback from interactions, and help identify opportunities to improve how teams work together.

Build and run culture initiatives through programs that reflect Lencir’s values and ways of working, strengthening engagement and connection across teams.

Maintain people data and documentation to support accurate reporting and smooth people operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Prior experience or internship in HR, Recruitment, or People Operations is a plus.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, people development, and workplace culture.
• Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and a sense of responsibility in daily work.
• Curious and motivated to learn and grow continuously.
