Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and manage high-impact paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.) to meet ambitious growth targets.

Lead the SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimization, keyword research, link building, and site architecture to significantly improve organic search rankings and traffic.

Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and delivering efficient Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Utilize data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, A/B Testing tools) to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

• Design and execute continuous A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and campaign structures to maximize conversion rates and overall performance.
• Work closely with the Content, Product, and Sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience managing and executing high-budget performance marketing campaigns.
• Minimum 2+ years of proven success in developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
• Deep proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and at least one major SEO tool (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Have a keen understanding of consumer behavior and trends in the digital space.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
