Permit & License Staff

About the role

Manage, submit, and follow up on company licensing and permits, including SNI, PERTEK, Import Approval (PI), Domestic Component Level (TKDN), medical device permits, and other licenses as required by the company. Prepare and submit reports on business and industrial activities through government systems and platforms, including SIINas, HGBT, LKPM, and other relevant reporting systems. Monitor permit validity periods, process renewals, and ensure the completeness, accuracy, and proper maintenance of company licensing documents in compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant field
• Experience in corporate licensing, regulatory affairs, or compliance

Good understanding of industrial licensing procedures and government regulations, particularly those related to SNI, PERTEK, Import Approval (PI), TKDN, SIINas, LKPM, HGBT, and/or medical device licensing

• Familiarity with and experience using OSS, SIINas, and INSW systems
• Experience handling licensing matters in the steel or manufacturing industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with strong document management and administrative data-handling skills
• Strong administrative, communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and complete assignments within established deadlines
