About the role
PT Das Cargo Surabaya is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistance to join our team in Surabaya, East Java. As a Personal Assistance, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive leadership, ensuring seamless daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. This is a full-time position based in Surabaya.
- What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our executive team
- Managing the executive's schedule, including calendar management, arranging meetings and travel logistics
- Handling correspondence, screening calls and managing email communication on behalf of the executive
- Conducting research, preparing presentations and reports as required
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
- What we're looking for
- At least 1 years of experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role
- Qualification minimum S1 All major, Accounting is a plus
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
- Proficient in communicating using English and Mandarin
