We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia, to support our growing operations and help us continue delivering premium essential oils to our customers.

The ideal candidate will serve as both a Project Manager and Personal Assistant, playing a crucial role in supporting the Director's daily operations and managing key projects within the company. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The Project Manager aspect involves overseeing project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the company's standards. As a Personal Assistant, the candidate will provide administrative support, manage correspondence, and assist with various tasks that contribute to the efficient functioning of the office.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree and have between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to perform administrative tasks and support the Director effectively.
