Bali Dreamcraft is a French-founded villa development company. We build investment-grade villas for international buyers, with full cost transparency. We have 5 active construction sites and 10+ projects planned for 2026. The founder currently does everything administrative himself. This role exists to take that off his hands.
Your application must be written in English. Applications in any other language will be rejected automatically, without exception. This is not a formality. This role requires you to read technical documents, follow written instructions precisely, and communicate with international suppliers. If you cannot follow this one instruction, you cannot do this job.
You keep the company organised. Purchasing, suppliers, administration, coordination, follow-up. You are the person who makes sure nothing is forgotten, nothing arrives late, and nothing gets paid twice. You will be given systems and checklists. Your job is to run them reliably and improve them.

No commissions, gifts or private arrangements with suppliers, ever. Our clients see every invoice; our credibility is the entire business. You never handle cash and you never hold a company card. All payments are made by bank transfer from the company account, to an account matching the name on the invoice, after founder approval. You source and negotiate; the founder approves and pays; the site supervisor confirms delivery. These roles stay separate.
Send your CV with your expected salary, and tell us more about the job you are looking for, in English. Short and honest is better than long and polished.
