What would you do
- Managing day to day activities and continous improvement of telesales team
- Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for team.
- Trained the telemarketers how to handle objections, managed technical questions, and managed customers feedback.
- Managed the telemarketers’ disciplines to meet the target.
- Liaise the clients and Project Officers/ Marketing Specialist on telemarketing projects.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Be proactive in doing the telemarketer’s PIC role.
- Works to achieve the target.
- Completes the database if any outdated data.
- Writes phone conversation reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Follows up the prospects proactively to achieve the target.
What You Need to have
- Experience in Telemarketing PIC (Leader) minimum 2-3 years
- Bachelor’s degree from any study.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- Product knowledge in IT industry is a plus.
- Basic Microsoft Excel.
- Result and target driven.
- Persistence, time management, customer service, and prospecting skills.
- Excellent Communication Skill & Problem Solving
- Discipline and professional.
