Responsibilities
- -Review and coordinate plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
- -Review/create engineering designs, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- -Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural requirements.
- -Identify clashes, technical problems, and construction issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- -Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project disciplines.
Requirements
- -Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
- -Relevant experience in HVAC, plumbing, and/or fire protection systems.
- -Experience in building, warehouse, industrial, or commercial projects.
- -Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage.
- -Good technical coordination and problem-solving skills.
Criteria
- Must possess a valid SKK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja)
- Preferably under 30 years old
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
